Helping to raise standards in the franchising industry is something that Dragons’ Den backed Razzamataz Theatre Schools is passionate about. With more than 22 years’ experience in the theatre school sector, Razzamataz is one of the most established children’s franchises in the UK, winning multiple awards.
Becoming full members of the Quality Franchise Association (QFA), Razzamataz is one of a growing number of franchisors who support and raise professional standards and the reputation of franchising generally.
To qualify, Founder and MD Denise Hutton-Gosney and her team had to pass the thorough accreditation process. This includes an online application and declaration followed by extensive research, including background and reputation checks.
“I am delighted to welcome Razzamataz into QFA Full Membership,” says Joel Bissitt VFP, Chief Executive Officer at the QFA. “It is a fantastic brand, providing a valuable service to local communities. Denise is a very inspirational leader and I look forward to working with her and the Razzamataz team.”
The QFA is a not-for-profit organisation aiming to encourage franchising for all. Joining will signal to others that as a member, Razzamataz is on a mission to promote ethical franchising.
“We are delighted to be accepted as a full member of the QFA and share their purpose of improving the standards within franchising,” says Denise. “Our franchise partners come from a range of backgrounds, many are young entrepreneurs with very little experience in the world of business, so it is important that we can share with all of them how seriously we take our responsibilities to our franchise partners.”
Franchising is wonderful for so many people to enable them to launch a business they are passionate about but with full support and training from an experienced franchisor who can guide them through every step of the way. But it is still a sector that is not widely known about, which is something that the QFA is trying to rectify through various educational activities and marketing initiatives.
Razzamataz is passionate about ensuring franchise partners have all the support, mentoring and training that they need to be successful at whatever level they are. This includes investing in a range of experts in social media, marketing, PR and digital technology to provide franchise partners with the most up to date advancements.
“Understand the level of support you are going to receive,” explains Michael French, franchise partner at Razzamataz Barnet. “I can say, hand on heart, the level of support at Razzamataz is outstanding.”
As part of Razzamataz’s ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of franchise partners and offering employment opportunities, the Head Office is delighted to have launched the Razzamataz Training Academy, a platform that ensures our teachers and teams have access to CPD and helps them to progress their careers with Razzamataz.
