As detailed in the QFA Code of Conduct we believe that in the event of franchising disputes between franchisors & franchisees franchise dispute mediation should be attempted before litigation, and this is usually in the best interests of both parties. We are therefore delighted to provide QFA Full Members 60 minutes free franchise dispute mediation consultation worth £350.

Members can make upto 6 claims per year absolutely free, worth a total value of £2100. The free mediation includes the first hour, and any extra mediation time will be charged at a preferential rate for QFA members.

Step One

You’ll receive a case ID by email with instructions for both parties, on how to share more information for each side of the dispute.

Step Two

One of our team of mediators will be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a mediation session.

Step Three

Claim Request

Complete the form below to make an initial request. You’ll be allocated a Case ID, and receive an email which will provide access to a form where you must provide more information about your case, along with your side of the dispute. You must also forward this email to the other party for their side of the dispute. Once your claim has been received, one of our legal advisors will be in touch.
