Free Franchise Dispute Mediation
We are delighted to announce the launch of our free franchise dispute mediation service. QFA members will now be able to access free franchise dispute mediation from experienced professionals as part of their membership benefits.
As detailed in the QFA Code of Conduct we expect all franchisors & franchisees to attempt mediation before proceeding with any litigation. Franchising disputes can become very personal & escalate quickly, so in the event of a dispute it is crucial for both parties to come together, and try to resolve their differences in a structured manner.
Our new mediation service will provide this opportunity without cost for either party & the free sessions will last for 1 hour with a discounted rate thereafter for QFA members for any unresolved disputes. The mediation format uses a slick online information gathering process & video meetings with break out groups & will be available for all QFA Full Members from 6th July 2021.
