Over two decades Carol and Kalvin Morris have built a professional staffing recruitment agency, providing many services to the care sector. In that time, we have provided over 2.8 million hours of care to over 400 care establishments across the country. All our staff are vigorously checked for all employment-related documents, are eligible to work within the UK and have the correct certifications needed.

About our current franchise

We took on our first franchisee in Summer of 2022 and within 6 months, they had already turned over £100,000. Becoming a franchisee with Elite Care Services means access to a fully supported and proven business model and all the training that is needed to implement it. We have our own internal CRM which will be taught to new franchisees in full, and we are able to provide a long list of contacts to help them in their day to day work. Furthermore, all marketing will be done for them, and set up straight away.
