BEST ADAPTATION TO CHANGE
What a year 2022 was, starting with more COVID-19 woes and ending with a recession and cost of living crisis. But despite this, our Best Adaptation to Change award recognises franchises who have adapted to these challenges to ensure the success of their franchise network. All finalists really deserved to win but it was a very difficult challenge, and in the end activ Marketing Group Franchise, Lingotot and Tappy Toes were crowned winners of this category.

The past three years have been incredibly difficult for our judges, and our 2023 awards were no exception. With hundreds of entries, some really fantastic nominations, it has been incredibly challenging and in our opinion every entry deserved an award. It was great to see so many franchises thriving through recession and COVID and every winner deserves their award.
