Spa810 set to Launch new master franchise in UK and Ireland
Spa810 (pronounced ‘Spa eight ten’) is pleased to announce that it has awarded its first master franchise in Europe. Having already secured partners for Canada and Puerto Rico, the Arizona-based franchisor is now developing its footprint in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Offering a selection of carefully curated spa and non-invasive medical treatments, spa810 has awarded the master franchise licence for the UK and Ireland to Duncan and Tania Berry. The husband and wife team will open the brand’s first location in the UK in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and will ultimately develop a network of franchisees across the British Isles.
Duncan Berry has been involved with the franchise industry for almost 20 years and has twice been elected to the BFA Board of Directors. His professional experience includes managing numerous high-quality franchise businesses, including Cartridge World, Choice Hotels Europe, and most recently Bluebird Care, the BFA’s 2017 Franchisor of the Year. The Berry’s will use their significant experience and deep understanding of franchising to further build upon spa810’s success.
spa810 provides female and male customers with best-in-class treatments and an elevated experience in a convenient retail location. Massages, facials and skincare treatments are offered using market-leading technologies administered by professionals. Included in spa810’s suite of medical technologies are state-of-the-art Venus Concept lasers for hair removal and non-surgical fat reduction equipment from the world-famous CoolSculpting brand.
The brand fills a much-needed gap in the market between five-star spa hotels with high-end pricing and the independent, fragmented and inconsistent offerings provided at a local level.
